Move Together Sessions with Nuffield Health

We will be launching our Move Together sessions in Beswick next week.  These sessions are aimed at girls aged 11 – 16yrs and aim to break down some of the barriers around physical activity, encouraging them to develop healthy, lifelong habits.  More information can be found here:

Move Together | Nuffield Health

The sessions will take place at The Grange Community Resource Centre (4 Pilgrim Drive, Beswick, M11 3TQ) every Tuesday at 4pm.

Move Together is one of Nuffield Health’s community initiatives with the aim to get more teenage girls active. It is taking place near every Nuffield Health site across the country.

  • Delivered by Level 3 CIMSPA accredited PT’s
  • All team members hold an Enhanced (Adult/Child) barred DBS
  • All team members will have completed a safeguarding course
  • All sessions have a first aider as part of the delivery team

We also encourage instructors to weave some very light touch mental health content in to the sessions e.g. recognising what anxiety feels like and techniques to overcome it, reframing negative thoughts around body image whilst exercising.
