Nursery Application

Please phone the school office on 0161 224 to make an appointment to come and look around the school and nursery. We will be holding some open events where you can come and see the nursery, talk with staff and ask questions you may have.

If your child is 3 by 1st September 2020 you will be given an admissions pack to complete.

If your child is 2 by 1st September 2020 you can complete a waiting list form to be placed on our waiting list ready for the following year.

When applying for a place at Chapel Street Community Primary School you will need;

Your child’s birth certificate/passport

Proof of address
Parent/ Carer passport
Parent/ Carer NI number
Parent/ Carer email address
Parent/ Carer Date of Birth
